Sweet Tomatoes is celebrating Mardi Gras throughout February. Their "Spicy Cajun Shells Pasta Salad" is good, but the "French Quarter Praline Muffins" are incredible. Nom nom nom.

Those muffins rock. Unfortunately I have to fight myself to keep from pounding down a bunch of muffins when I go there. Kind of defeats the healthy eating idea when that happens. Oh and the restaurant is called Souplantation where I am. What a shock they didn't want to refer to a restaurant as a plantation in the South.
