The EBV virus may cause some mild liver abnormalities but your liver function should return to normal as you recover. However, you are advised not to drink alcohol while you are ill and to avoid it for a month or so after you recover.

Went to the aquarium at Fort Fisher yesterday with the kindergartners (150 mile drive) and then drove up to Raleigh afterwards to see Patty Hurst Shifter (150 mile drive). So I'm doing really well with that "getting plenty of rest" part of recovery. Maybe that's why my lymph nodes are swelling again.
