Mom o'Dix: There's a button that says "register," should we do that now?
Dix: You don't have to right now.
Mom o'Dix: Too late, Joyce has already clicked it. Now it wants to know her name and email. She just wanted to make envelopes.
Dix: Mama, y'all are on the internet. You have left the program. You can close that window and go back to the program to make envelopes.
Mom o'Dix: Joyce doesn't have internet - she has WiFi!

Night 83

I haven't looked at all the clips from from R.E.M.'s Ninety Nights countdown site to the release of "Accelerate" on April 1st, but of the ones I've seen, this clip is definitely my favorite.

More Sweet Tomatoes goodness

In the form of their Bleu Cheese Ranch dressing. I made my own lower fat version at home tonight. The recipe, if you're interested...

• 1 1/2 cups low fat sour cream
• 1/2 cup low fat mayonnaise
• 1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Original dressing mix
• 3/4 cup reduced fat bleu cheese crumbles
• 2% milk (as needed for mixing)

Mix sour cream and mayonnaise together. Add dressing mix and mix well. Add bleu cheese crumbles and mix well. Add milk a tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.

I used the dressing with baby spinach and it was nom nom nom.
